TI Asset Management (TIAM) is a mission-based, full-service commercial and residential property management company founded in 1995 in Atlanta, Georgia. Since its inception, TIAM has managed a diverse portfolio that includes both conventional market-rate and rent-restricted properties. Additionally, we have developed innovative wrap-around community service programs focused on creating stabilized apartment communities for vulnerable residents.
